You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until that period ends. Partial refunds are generally not issued for unused time in the current billing period.
For annual subscriptions beyond the 14-day period, refund requests made within the first 30 days may receive a prorated refund for unused months. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless one of the special circumstances below applies.
We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
